DSI Implant & Screw Removal Kit is made for the precise extraction of broken, poorly fitted, or misplaced implants, along with the removal of fractured fixation screws. Offering a non-invasive alternative to surgical intervention, this procedure is swift, dependable, and minimally traumatic for patients. Upon extraction of the broken screw, it can be replaced replacement with a new prosthetic solution.
The kit contains extraction drills that fit a wide array of platforms and implant sizes found in the dental market. It also features reverse and tap drills made for the extraction of broken or fractured screws from implants. The removal drill tools' tapered bodies seamlessly engage with the internal threads of both the implant and screw, facilitating effortless and rapid extraction, including implants already integrated into bone structures.
The Implant removal drills are compatible with the kit's designated ratchet or hand adapter. The screw removal drills are designed with a universal latch-type RA connection.
Moreover, the kit includes guides for nearly all platforms, serving as invaluable aids in advanced techniques for scenarios where standard methods prove inappropriate. These guides facilitate precise positioning and stabilization of the reverse drill during the procedure, ensuring great accuracy.
