DSI Iodoform Strips are designed to be a highly absorbent and loose-fitting option for packing into deep wounds. These strips are crafted with 100% cotton bandages which have been woven at the edges and soaked in iodoform - ensuring they remain lightweight yet effective. With their lengthy strip shape, these strips provide an ideal way of managing wound drainage.

DSI Iodoform Strips are pre-treated with an iodoform antiseptic solution, yet remain only slightly moistened. This is to ensure the material does not become too wet to keep its gauze function, and at the same time prevent tissue necrosis and infection from forming.

DSI Iodoform strip does not resorb and can remain in the cavity for 2-8
days before removal.
